 2.Any requests received after this time frame will not be accepted.

     3.Our customer support team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return shipping address.

     Returns:

    1.The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.

     2.Please ensure that all accessories and promotional items that came with the product are also included in the return package.

      3.Please note that the time it takes for a refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

       Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping error or damage in transit).

      Exchanges:

       We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item.
